This listing is for a vintage signed AJC (American Jewelry Chain Co) brooch or shawl pin in a brushed silver tone metal. The brooch is an ark, with many animals (two by two) - lions, giraffes, etc. entering the vessel. The brooch is slightly curved and has a substantial weight to it. There is great detail with the animals. On the reverse is the signature AJC (OAJC). This is a lovely brooch that would make an awesome shawl pin!
The brooch is approximately 3 inches wide, and 1-1/4 inches high.
Very good condition. The bar pin is slightly bent which does not affect the clasp which works well.
