Vintage Mini Shaving Mug - Scuttle Miniature - Crested Crest Ware - Ship - Souvenir Southend on Sea - England
This vintage miniature shaving mug has a decal of a crest with "Orti Nihil Difficile ...Southend on Sea" on the front. The other side has a ship on it. The mug was made in the shape of a coal scuttle (or skuttle). Interesting mini shaving mug for the Crestware collector!
The mug is approximately 3-3/8 inches wide and is 2 inches high. There is the maker's mark in green on the bottom, " [crown] [cross] P".
This miniature shaving mug is in good vintage condition - no visible chips, cracks or repairs. There is only minor wear on the base and only minor gilt loss.
